Tuna Crudo with Soy and Herbs

I love the combination of the soy with fresh herbs!





1 1/2 lbs tuna

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon mirin

2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil

1 tablespoon chopped mint

1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Pinch Kosher salt


Cut tuna into 1/4" cubes. Add all other ingredients. Stir, taste and adjust seasoning as needed.


Serve with sushi rice and sriracha mayo if desired.
