Sauteed Baby Bok Choy



1 teaspoon grated ginger

3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Neutral oil (such as grapeseed)

Baby bok choy (a few handfulls

Kosher salt

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon water

sesame oil


Combine ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes. Combine soy sauce and water.


Heat a non-stick skillet over medium high. Add 1 tablespoon neutral oil. Add ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 30 seconds. Add baby bok choy. Season with salt. Toss to coat and cook 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and water. Cover and reduce heat to medium. Cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with a few drops of sesame oil.
