Serves 2
2 galic cloves
Extra virgin olive oil
Red pepper flakes
5 oz spinach
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Peel and slice garlic cloves. Place garlic slices in a pan and add extra virgin olive oil to coat. Heat pan over medium high. Add red pepper flakes to taste. (I added about 1/2 teaspoon but this is spicy.) Add spinach and cook until just wilted. Add Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve.
