Roasted Broccolini




This is a delicious and fast way to prepare broccolini. It is crisp and caramelized and can be flavored in multiple ways. Feel free to add any additional flavorings you like.


1 bunch broccolini, stems trimmed

Extra virgin olive oil

Red pepper flakes, optional

Kosher Salt

Freshly ground black pepper


Pre-heat oven to 425 F convection (450 F).


Place broccolini on a sheet pan. Sprinkle with a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of red pepper flakes and salt and pepper to taste.


Roast for about 15 minutes until browned to your taste. Serve.
