The lemon zest in this tuna makes it taste especially fresh.
3/4 lb tuna
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt
Zest of one lemon
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chopped chives
Watercress or microgreens, optional
Dice tuna into 1/4" pieces. Add extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of sea salt, zest of lemon and toss. Add toasted sesame oil, soy sauce and toss again. Sprinkle with chives and watercress/microgreens.
