This is a fresh and light version of tuna tartar.
Serves 4
1 1/2 lbs fresh tuna
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped basil
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped mint
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
Cut tuna into 1/4" dice and place in bowl. Add all other ingredients and stir to coat evenly.
Serve as is or with accompaniment of choice such as: sushi rice, sriracha mayo, sliced avocados.
